Know all repair labor charges upfront. We charge a flat-labor-rate, not an hourly charge, for in-store repairs.

Receive answers to all your questions from knowledgeable and experienced technicians that have over 50 years in hardware, software, and network related installation, repair and maintenance.

What to bring in, in addition to the computer/case - most repairs do not require you to bring the monitor, keyboard, mouse, power cord, or other peripherals. If you are having trouble with a specific peripheral (printer, wireless access point, etc...) then please do bring it. All laptops and peripherals must be accompanied with their power cords. Software disks will be needed if reinstallation is required. Please call us if you have questions about what to bring!

* we guarantee to start working on your system within this time frame, completion of the repair may take longer depending on if parts must be ordered or if we must wait for customer approval of specific parts

** password work requires proof of ownership and operating system repair or reinstallation requires a product key/license (generally on a label already attached to most systems)
